In addition to our comprehensive Case Evaluation Report, prepared by our Medical Directors, we also have Medical Expert Reports available by thousands of Board-Certified Medical Experts in all specialty fields.

The Case Evaluation Report is best early in the case, particularly if more than one specialty may be involved.  If you are certain of all aspects of potential negligence by all the tortfeasors in a case and need a specific Expert, then you can directly request an Expert Report from our firm. We evaluate each report before you see it.  If we are not satisfied, we get you a second opinion FREE.  If you are not satisfied, we replace it at half cost.

We offer our Fee For Service Program and for years, our Bar-approved 15% Contingency Fee Program , which is an option each Client can choose. This does not fee split with you and never involves the Experts, who are Independent Contractors and unaware of this ethical program. It is not discoverable, and Clients can choose this option before we see the case, or even if we give you a negative telephone preliminary analysis.
