Our Mission

The Medical Review Foundation mission has always been to assist improving the health care in America.  The fact remains, there are thousands of preventable mistakes made by our health care providers occurring each year.  We have directly assisted Attorneys in each state to bring patients rights out of the dark and into the spotlight.  We have worked to ensure that there is a system of checks and balances on patients medical care in each state in America.  It is our duty to our Attorney-Clients and to the public to share our extensive experience and knowledge of medical malpractice. 

As pioneer plaintiff Attorney Melvin Belli wrote in the forward of our 1977 book: The Spectre of Malpractice, it is our goal to assist every injured patient to receive "a just award". For the past 31 years, our groundbreaking service has lived up to that goal by reviewing 85,000 medical files, preparing written opinions and supplying Medical Experts for 20,000 Attorneys, Nationwide.
